Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown is our Party Digest correspondent for Philadelphia. She covers events in the Philadelphia area and you’ll see her contributions here.

Ashley started working for Commerce Bank when she was 20. She enjoyed the customer service factor of her job and enjoyed getting to know her customers. She participated in planning fundraisers for children around the holidays and for back to school.

After 6 years with the bank, Ashley realized that planning events was something she wanted to do full time. Being in the hospitality industry for over 15 years (part time), she found a passion in making her customers’ experience the most memorable possible. She left the bank and started working at a restaurant in Philadelphia, PA.

Ashley currently bartends, plans private parties, and participates in as many fundraisers as possible in her spare time. Her dream is to ultimately plan events for a non-profit organization, holding fundraisers, business meetings, etc.

When she found PartyDigest, Ashley was excited by the opportunity to fuse compassionate work with her passion for event planning/hospitality.
