The purpose of this book is to help couples learn to create healthy, happy, and Mindful Loving relationships. It was inspired by our work as therapists and relationship coaches working with thousands of clients over the past thirty years. We learned the importance of navigating through the challenges, celebrations, and cycles of loving. We incorporated the most important concepts and practices and created this practical guide to help couples enhance and transform their relationship.
