MICCOSUKEE'S ZO'S SUMMER GROOVE (ZSG) INTRODUCING D. WADE (Jul. 9-13) - The Groove just got flashier. NBA Champion Alonzo Mourning is joined by teammate Dwyane Wade, known as 'Flash' on the court, to host the largest event of the summer: Miccosukee Zo's Summer Groove (ZSG). This five-day event encompasses golf, comedy, concert, benefit dinner, youth summit and basketball clinics, a free block party, an all-star basketball game and numerous after party functions. SOUTH FLORIDA AUTO SHOW 2008 (Nov. 7-16) – Car-related merchandise and more than 1,000 of the industry's latest vehicles for the upcoming year are on display by world-leading auto manufacturers. Miami Book Fair International (Nov. 9-16) – One of the nation's largest outdoor book fairs. During the Street Fair weekend, around 200 national and international exhibitors sell and promote books and literature in a festival atmosphere. ART MIAMI 2008 (Dec. 2-7) – This annual modern and contemporary art fair features approximately 90 galleries from Europe, Asia and the Americas. Art Miami – with an emphasis on galleries showing mid-career and established artists, in addition to spaces reserved for emerging, cutting-edge artists – provides unprecedented access to Miami's exciting art market. ART BASEL MIAMI BEACH (Dec. 3-6) – This international art show and American sister event of Art Basel in Switzerland is recognized as the most important annual art show of its kind in America. Two hundred leading art galleries will exhibit 20th- and 21st-century art works from more than 1,500 artists. BAYFRONT PARK'S NEW YEAR'S EVE (Dec. 31) – Free annual New Year's Eve event featuring a concert performance and midnight fireworks display. BIG ORANGE NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION (Dec. 31) – A City of Miami tradition, the 35-foot neon Big Orange (one of the nation's official time balls) will rise 400 feet to the top of its home site, the Hotel InterContinental Miami.
