Content is defined as data that identifies the title, start date, start time, duration (where applicable), end date (where applicable), brief description (where applicable), contact telephone number, URL (where applicable) and credit card payment information (where applicable) for each occurrence of all or substantially all public events that reasonably fit within the categories specified by name below.

These are the categories in which feeds will be generated: FILM (including mainstream and arthouse motion picture openings); ART EXHIBITS and MUSEUM HAPPENINGS; CONCERTS (subcategorized by Rock, Alternative, Classical, Jazz & Blues, Country, Urban, Gospel and other genres), THEATER and DANCE (including Opera, Ballet, Plays, Musicals, major Stand-Up and other performances), SPORTING EVENTS (subcategorized by Professional Basketball, College Basketball, College Basketball, Professional Football, College Football, Hockey, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, Soccer and other major sporting events),CLUB LISTINGS, HAPPY HOUR HOT SPOTS, LECTURES, FESTIVALS, FAMILY EVENTS, and other miscellaneous attractions (including events at National Zoo, the United States Naval Observatory and other such venues of significant public interest). Further, Content shall be indexed according to listing of venues, detailing venue title, address, telephone number, URL.

Black-tie galas, wine dinners, parties and other information in the general domain of www.partydigest.com.

How the events are fed to Partner Clients:

The "Data Format" used to relay Content shall be determined by both Parties, organized to a template and consist of monthly electronic transmissions supplemented by smaller weekly electronic transmissions, each of which utilize File Transfer Protocol (FTP) in which the data is uploaded to a server via a single feed.

ThePartyDigest,Inc has the rights to sell the same content to other parties. If the client wishes to have such a non-exclusive contract on their end, that will need to be negotiated separately after careful review of potential clients business plan, revenue stream model, etc.
